Position Overview

We are excited to bring on board a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist who will be an integral part of our dedicated imaging team, committed to delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Put patient comfort and safety first during procedures, explaining processes clearly and with compassion
• Team up with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, promptly notifying team leads about any technical issues
• Document procedures thoroughly and maintain patient records within our electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of the latest advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practice recommendations

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
