Logistics Support

The Export Coordinator manages international shipments, export documentation, and inventory flow to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery to global customers. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Trade Compliance teams to support efficient export operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage export orders, shipments, and inventory using ERP systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight (air, sea, and land).
• Prepare export documentation and ensure trade compliance.
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and material flow to prevent delays.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
• Track KPIs, maintain accurate ERP data, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
• Experience with ERP systems and international shipping.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
