Aspira Spa Concierge

: Job Purpose The Concierge is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of Aspira Spa at all times, keeping the lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. The Spa Concierge is responsible for anticipating the needs of our guests and delivering an exceptional 4 diamond experience during their stay. Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in Wellness Industry in similar position preferred.
• Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment.
• Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and Organization.

Working Conditions Working conditions vary based on business needs. Work may entail both indoor and outdoor activities, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. Environment can be fast paced, and Associate will need to be able to manage multiple projects at one time and see them from start to finish. Associate will also be expected to help other Osthoff Associates on various projects and initiatives. Language Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
