Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Mount Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate with experience gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence .

Rate Range: $50/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system enhancements to support business and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system and process solutions.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and analytical tools to identify trends, validate requirements, and support decision-making.
• Lead requirements for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Create process flows, business documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting solution design and testing activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Cloud Computing, AI, and Machine Learning, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Consulting, preferably within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Proven experience with SQL and data analysis tools, along with exposure to Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and supporting technology-driven business transformation initiatives.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $54.00 per hour
