The Medical-Surgical Department at Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 40+ bed unit.How you'll contributeA MST RN who excels in this role:Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
