Business Center Representative

As a Business Center Representative, you'll provide superior customer service and perform accurate, efficient tasks related to Business Center services. Key responsibilities include customer service, handling phone calls, addressing customer concerns and complaints, researching discrepancies, and assisting with customer inquiries. You'll also facilitate all Business Center services, apply knowledge of requirements and policies, comply with security guidelines, conduct transactions on the H-E-B POS System, handle large sums of cash, and process returns in compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications and key requirements include being 18 years or older, having experience as a checker (preferred), and possessing strong communication and customer service skills. PC skills including Outlook and Intranet navigation are required, as well as the ability to remain composed in stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED and completion of Alcohol Seller's Training and Money Service Business training are also required.

Physical demands include working in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires detailed, precision work. You'll constantly stand, reach at waist, grasp, and occasionally walk, reach overhead, reach at shoulders, reach at knees, reach at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, and perform fine motor movements. You may also be exposed to loud noises and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 42 lbs, and manage in excess of 50 lbs.
