BDC Representative / Appointment Setter (In-Store)

About the Role This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments and nurturing leads to generate showroom traffic and support the sales department. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, comfortable on the phone, and confident using CRM systems. Responsibilities Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately. Make high‑volume outbound calls to follow up on sales leads. Schedule and confirm sales appointments. Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system. Utilize phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging tools. Nurture leads through consistent follow‑up communication. Support the sales team with appointment coordination. Maintain positive working relationships with teammates and management. Qualifications Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems. Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Automotive experience is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, energetic, and team‑oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment. Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
