Associate General Dentist – Full-Time New Orleans, Louisiana | Monday–Friday | 100% Pediatric Position An established, high-volume private practice in New Orleans is seeking a Full-Time Associate General Dentist due to upcoming provider transitions (one relocating to an FQHC and one pursuing ownership). This is a strong opportunity for a productive, restorative-focused dentist seeking clinical autonomy, strong support, and consistent volume. 100% Pediatric practice Compensation W-2 Employee 30% of Net Production $800/day guaranteed for first 90 days Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Continuous schedule (no formal lunch hour) Clinical Environment Modern, well-equipped practice with: 8 operatories 8 open hygiene benches 2 x-ray rooms Fixed 2D panoramic unit + portable x-ray Digital sensors throughout Strong Support Staff Model Daily support typically includes: 3 Doctors 7 Operatory Assistants 5 Hygiene Assistants 3 Front Desk Staff 1 Office Manager Each provider is supported by two dedicated assistants for restorative , plus a floating assistant — allowing you to focus on dentistry.
