Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Powder Coat Painter for a local fabrication company. If you take pride in producing clean, consistent finishes and have hands-on powder-coating experience, this could be a great opportunity to join a skilled manufacturing team and continue growing your trade. What You’ll Do Prepare, clean, and mask metal parts before coating Set up and operate powder-coating equipment Apply finishes evenly and according to production specifications Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and curing requirements Inspect completed parts for smoothness, color, and overall quality Safely handle materials, chemicals, tools, and shop equipment Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions What You’ll Need Previous powder-coating experience required Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Knowledge of surface preparation, coating thickness, and curing processes Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed specifications Familiarity with industrial painting equipment and safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a safety-focused work ethic Why Consider This Opportunity?
