About the Role Genmab is an international biotechnology company focused on developing antibody therapeutics. The Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in private practice, medical groups, hospitals, and ancillary staff in the Fort Worth, Amarillo, and Arlington, TX area. Responsibilities Effectively support Genmab's Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by positioning the benefits and use of Genmab's products. Demonstrate effective time management focusing on activities that drive brand value. Develop and implement robust territory business plans meeting productivity requirements. Flex between virtual and in‑person engagements, developing plans that respect communication preferences. Analyze key market data points and translate insights into business planning. Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers, challenging them with value‑based solutions. Represent Genmab's brands professionally, compliantly, and ethically. Communicate the value of disease states, Genmab's brands, and competitor products through all media. Apply a deep understanding of reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for injectable medications. Show highly effective territory management and superior selling competencies. Creatively gain access to customers in a modern landscape. Foster team effectiveness by sharing knowledge and information. Manage territory resources and budget effectively. Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Genmab U.S. staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical (pharmaceutical, biotech, rare disease, or patient care). 4+ years of success in Oncology sales and/or account management (considered for senior role). Oncology launch experience preferred. Strong account management and selling competencies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Business analytics skills to develop, execute, and adjust territory plans. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key customers and internal teams. Team‑oriented, able to work effectively in matrix environments. Self‑motivated to enhance performance. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva, etc. Flexible, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to operating in alignment with industry laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Salary $160,000.00—$240,000.00 (US based candidates, salary will be determined by skills, experience, and location. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and long‑term incentives).
