THE EARNINGS & MODEL YOU DESERVE:

• Per-visit rates range from $60-$85, based on experience and employment type.

THE CASELOAD YOU NEED:

Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan: We're confident we can fill your schedule. If we can't:

• Get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month that we're unable to replace.

• Dedicated admin team handles scheduling, documentation support, and coordination.
• You focus on patient care. We handle the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active NY license.

Stern at Home Therapy didn't start with a business plan. It started with listening. In our early years, our founders built outpatient services for seniors, and quickly learned that the biggest barrier to good care wasn't quality. It was getting there. Patients were skipping appointments simply because the commute was too hard.

So we brought care home instead. What began as a solution to a scheduling problem became a movement rooted in genuine relationships, the kind where you become a trusted name in someone's family, not just a provider on a schedule.
