Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance 
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement 
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and maintain a safe home environment 
• Provide medication reminders and observe changes in client condition 
• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments as needed 
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff 
• Work independently in clients' homes while delivering compassionate, high-quality care 

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license or HHA certification ( Required ) 
• Current CPR certification ( Required ) 
• Valid driver's license ( Required ) 
• Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance in the caregiver's name ( Required ) 
• CEUs current and up to date ( If Available ) 
• Physical and TB screening ( Preferred, if available ) 
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening ( Required ) 
• Previous caregiving experience ( Preferred ) 
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor 
• Strong communication skills 
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others 
• Dependable attendance and punctuality 

This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.Learn more at:
