Store Manager – Sunglass Hut Requisition ID: 931815 Store #: 006241 Sunglass Hut MACYS Position: Full‑Time Job Overview The Store Manager is a front‑line leader responsible for all store operations and for inspiring the team to embody the Sunglass Hut Experience. This role focuses on driving sales, coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Major Duties and Responsibilities Utilize the Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently achieve sales plans and company objectives. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations. Detail‑oriented. Critical thinking skills to execute operational components of the store. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service and/or retail. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $20.30–$30.76 per hour. Competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered.
