SharePoint Content Manager As the lead content manager for a SharePoint‑based knowledge management tool, you will serve as a database administrator supporting the United States Army. Your responsibilities include administering user access, configuring metadata, auditing permissions, ensuring compliance with retention schedules, maintaining platform stability, managing secure content, integrating with enterprise systems, and implementing policies to guarantee database security and integrity. You will use SharePoint and related technologies to identify issues and opportunities for improvement in mission‑critical databases. Responsibilities Administer user access and configure metadata. Audit permissions and ensure compliance with retention schedules. Maintain platform stability and secure content management. Integrate with enterprise systems to enable collaboration and decision‑making. Implement policies and procedures to secure database integrity. Identify problem areas and recommend improvements using SharePoint and related tools. Qualifications Experience building and maintaining sites and pages on SharePoint. Experience incorporating Power BI and automated tools into solutions. Experience facilitating meetings and leading working groups. Knowledge of knowledge‑management systems tools and best practices. Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint development and content‑management issues. Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technology solutions. Ability to manage competing tasks and prioritize within tight deadlines. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree. Nice to Have Experience working with Army or Department of Defense organizations. Knowledge of Army data platforms such as Vantage. Knowledge of AI tools available to the Department of Defense. Top Secret clearance. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Compensation Projected annualized salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (USD). Compensation is determined by location, experience, and other factors. Full‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for the full benefit program. Work Model Remote – occasional in‑person work may be required.
