Concrete Laborer / Finisher
Fort Pierce, FL
$20 per hour

Full-time | Day shift | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Saturdays as needed | Overtime available weekly

About the Role
Our client is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers and Finishers to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have concrete experience, are comfortable working outdoors in a covered environment, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Set up and secure wire caging for concrete pours
• Select and apply proper cage bindings
• Sand and repair imperfections on concrete exteriors
• Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and removing debris
• Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively with the team
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Move raw materials throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete labor or finishing required
• Ability to work outdoors in a covered environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Must pass a 7-year background check (no felonies)
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screen

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary based on production needs)
• Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch
• Air-conditioned breakroom on site
