Job Description:Availability: Flexible, including weekendsHourly Rate: $11-12/hour base pay + tips* (Approximately $2-3 per hour in tips)Shifts: Weekday and Weekend Shifts AvailableResponsibilities:As a Bakery Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:Baking and packaging cookies with precision and care.Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.Participating in tasks such as folding boxes, restocking, and other duties assigned by the manager.No previous kitchen experience required; training will be provided.A current food handler's card is mandatory.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have:Ability to accurately handle and package cookies, perform cashier duties, and contribute to kitchen operations.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service and fostering a safe and empowering work atmosphere.Physical Requirements:You'll need to be physically capable of:Occasionally lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs (flour, sugar, etc.).Standing, squatting, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and leaning throughout your shift.Repetitive motion of wrists/arms during baking tasks.Maneuvering quickly in a confined space around hot ovens.Taking visual and audible cues for efficient operations.Why Join Us:We're a fast-growing team that values internal growth and development.
