Technician Position

Compensation:
Flat rate $22-40 per flat rate hour

- Paid Vacations: 5 days after 1 year anniversary, 10 days after 2 year anniversary, and 15 days after 7 year anniversary
- Holiday pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day if the Holiday does not land on a day in which the dealership and/or department is regularly closed or is a regularly scheduled day off.

Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Driving is an essential function.
Qualification:
- 2-5 years as a Technician, dealership experience and Toyota a plus, but not required. We Will accept other manufacturer and or independent repair facility experience.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Clean driving record
- Must pass drug screen and background check
This is a safety sensitive position, subject to drug testing including for marijuana.
