What You'll Do

As an Associate Attorney, you will manage a caseload while working closely with clients, claims professionals, and fellow attorneys. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing legal and factual issues and conducting legal research.
• Developing and implementing defense strategies on behalf of clients.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery.
• Providing timely legal advice and case updates to clients and claims professionals.
• Communicating with judges, opposing counsel, witnesses, and other parties.
• Managing cases efficiently from assignment through resolution.
• Preparing witnesses and evidence for depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Representing clients at hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 2–5 years of legal experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to client service.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000–$100,000 , commensurate with experience.
