Travel RN – House Supervisor / Patient Flow Coordinator Location: Washington, DC Shift: 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor / Patient Flow Coordinator for a travel assignment at a leading acute care hospital. Key Responsibilities Coordinate admissions, transfers, and patient placement across all levels of care Manage hospital capacity and bed utilization to optimize patient flow Collaborate with the Emergency Department to reduce boarding times and improve throughput Coordinate ICU admissions, transfers, and patient placement Support perioperative services with bed placement and capacity planning Serve as the primary nursing administrative resource during nights, weekends, and holidays Lead capacity escalation efforts during high census and operational challenges Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across nursing, physicians, case management, and hospital leadership Participate in operational huddles focused on patient flow, capacity management, and patient safety Requirements Active RN License BSN Required BLS & ACLS Required Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills Experience with patient flow, bed management, nursing supervision, or hospital operations preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
