About the Role We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing business. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR initiatives that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HRBP or Generalist experience , enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, and is comfortable balancing recruitment with HR projects. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency. HR Business Partner Partner with business leaders to support organizational development and workforce planning. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. Support employee onboarding, probation review, promotion, and offboarding processes. Assist managers in handling employee issues while ensuring compliance with company policies. HR Projects Participate in HR initiatives and cross‑functional projects, including but not limited to: Performance Management Talent Review & Succession Planning Employee Engagement Programs HR Policy Optimization Organizational Development HR Process Improvement Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Acquisition experience. Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment. Exposure to HRBP‑related functions such as employee relations, performance management, or HR projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in startups or fast‑growing companies. Experience supporting sales, operations, marketing, or corporate functions. Familiarity with U.S. employment practices is a plus. Language Requirement Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.
