$25 – $40/hour (based on experience)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Maintain equipment reliability and uptime to support production goals

• Assist with installation, calibration, and adjustment of machinery

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure safe, efficient operations

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices

• 2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing, ideally aerospace

• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety and high-quality standards

• $25 – $38/hr depending on experience

• Work in a clean, high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment
