Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Setting: Fast-paced Clinic / Wellness / Immunization Environment Location: Lumberton NC Area Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: July 13, 2026

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a fast-paced clinic environment. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN will work across a variety of clinic and wellness settings to support the health and wellness needs of diverse patient populations—from pediatric to geriatric.

Clinical sites may include:

• Community immunization clinics
• Employment and occupational health clinics
• Wellness and preventive care clinics
• Workers' compensation and job safety sites
• Travel health clinics

The ideal candidate is confident working independently, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and consistently delivers safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN or Physician
• Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments
• Perform assessments and assist with wellness screenings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Demonstrate critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and safety protocols
• Float to additional clinic sites as needed
• Deliver care efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of clinic experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing clinic needs

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Closed for lunch Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
