Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr, DOE Work Model: 100% Remote (Must reside within OR, WA, ID, or UT) Benefits Eligibility: Yes Responsibilities Lead large‑scale, complex projects and/or multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through delivery. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategy. Proactively manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints throughout the project lifecycle. Assemble and lead cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary project teams; assign responsibilities and provide direction. Track project performance using defined metrics and proactively recommend corrective actions. Prepare and present project plans, status updates, and outcomes to leadership, stakeholders, and client groups. Partner with business sponsors and stakeholders to identify needs, evaluate solutions, and implement effective approaches. Ensure adherence to enterprise project management standards, methodologies, and governance. Mentor and develop project management skills in other project managers. Stay current on emerging project management tools, techniques, and methodologies, including Agile practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of progressive project and/or program management experience, including leadership of large‑scale initiatives. Proven success delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope. Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional, high‑performance teams. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions. Experience with regulatory‑driven projects strongly preferred, including work tied to government mandates or other regulated environments such as finance or healthcare. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Familiarity with PMI standards and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is preferred. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments is preferred. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) strongly preferred. We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates.
