Keep reading.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of operating the restaurantLeading the restaurant in the General Manager's absenceSolving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.Maintaining and enforcing standard operating procedures of the companyMaintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all timeAbility to come to work promptly and as scheduledAbility to take direction and work well with othersMust perform basic mathematicsMust be able to stand for at least an 8 hour shift and lift 50 lbs.Repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 4 years experience in QSR or Fast-Casual environmentYou've already led, managed and organized a teamReliable TransportationWilling to work normal schedule of 48 hours per week (8 hours overtime rate) including nights, weekends and some holidaysStrong communication skills; Must be able to multi-taskMust have a great personality, desire to serve guests, enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engagingSound like you?
