Job Description

A research technician position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Melda Onal at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in the Department of Physiology and Cell Biology to study skeletal biology.

Qualifications

High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform experiments using in vitro and ex vivo approaches with primary cells and established cell lines.
• Manage genetically modified mouse colonies.
• Conduct in vivo studies using established mouse models of skeletal diseases.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation of experiments.
• Assist with ordering and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Information
