Clinical Responsibilities

Respond to hospital codes as needed
EKG interpretation (cardiology provides final review)
Supervise APP during overlapping hours (11a 11p)
OB patients stabilized and transferred to tertiary L&D
Admission orders managed by admitting physicians

On-Site:

Radiology (CT, MRI, X-Ray), Lab, Blood Bank (AABB), OR, Anesthesia
Consultants:

Radiology, Critical Care, Cardiology, Pulmonology, GI, Neurology, Urology, Psychiatry
Requirements

Active Full Michigan License required at time of name clear

(No IMLC or compact license accepted)
ACLS & ATLS required
BC in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Community ED experience preferred
APP supervision experience required
