We’re growing, and our Hartford, WI location is looking for a Lead Fence Installer to run installations and lead a crew in the field. What You’ll Do • Lead a fence installation crew on residential, commercial, and farm projects • Install vinyl, aluminum, cedar wood, and chain link fencing and gates to A to Z quality standards • Pound posts, set posts, hang gates, and complete installations start to finish • Read job specs and layouts, and ensure every fence is built square, plumb, and built to last • Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety • Operate installation equipment and maintain tools, trucks, and job sites • Represent A to Z Quality Fencing professionally with customers on every job What We’re Looking For • Fence installation experience strongly preferred — experienced installers start at $30/hour • Less experience? We’ll train the right person at $25/hour with room to grow into the lead rate • Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of job quality from start to finish • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check • Hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence — that’s who we are Pay & Benefits • $30.00/hour for qualified, experienced applicants • $25.00/hour training rate for candidates with lesser qualifications, with the opportunity to advance • Paid holidays • Paid personal time • Overtime paid for hours over eight per day • Full-time, steady work with a supportive, family owned company • Opportunities for growth — we promote from within Why A to Z Quality Fencing?
