HVAC Sales Representative

If you studied business, marketing, or communications or spent your time in school chasing internships, working retail sales, doing SDR/BDR work, or competing in DECA/sales competitions you already know you want a career in sales. What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll own the front end of the full sales cycle: prospecting, meeting with decision-makers (building owners, facility managers), and closing service agreements that keep commercial buildings running. Once you close, our operations team takes it from there your job is to hunt, pitch, and win.

What You'll Do Day to Day

• Prospect new business through calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
• Complete 2 building site surveys per week
• Submit 2 proposals per week using our estimating tools
• Meet with decision-makers to pitch and close service agreements
• Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM
• Coordinate clean handoffs with the operations team
• Walk job sites to scope work before technician dispatch

What We're Looking For

• Recent grad with demonstrated interest or experience in sales internships, SDR/BDR roles, retail or commission-based sales jobs, sales-focused coursework, or sales competitions/organizations (DECA, sales clubs, etc.)
• Confident and persuasive in person and on the phone
• High emotional intelligence reads people well and builds trust quickly
• Resilient treats rejection as part of the process, not a setback
• Self-starting, competitive, and goal-driven
• Comfortable learning and using CRM tools (ServiceTitan or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn the HVAC side no prior technical knowledge needed

Eligibility Requirements

• This position requires a valid drivers license.
• Employment/education will be verified.

Salary Base: $60,000 - $80,000 + incentives
