$30,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals, ensuring measurable progress.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to enhance client outcomes and share best practices.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients, empowering them to achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation.
• Willingness to participate in clinical consultation and supervision as part of continued learning and professional growth.
• Interest in expanding clinical knowledge and staying informed about evidence-based therapeutic practices and approaches.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a safe, supportive, and respectful therapeutic environment for clients.
