Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – 12 Hr Shifts | Brooklyn, NY

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy and growing primary care / urgent care setting in Brooklyn . Enjoy flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts , strong clinical support, and the ability to make a real impact in your community.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, order labs, and interpret diagnostic results
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on disease prevention and health management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in New York
Board Certified (ANCC or AANP)
Experience in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient settings preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
