Integrity Trade Services is hiring a MIG Welder for our manufacturing client in the furnace industry to start immediately at a competitive wage. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on steel components for industrial furnace fabrication
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
Assemble and weld furnace frames, panels, and structural parts to quality standards
Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools in a manufacturing environment
Inspect welds for strength, quality, and accuracy while maintaining safety protocols
Assist with material handling and movement of finished products within the warehouse
Collaborate with production team to meet daily manufacturing goals

Qualifications

Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
Knowledge of welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices
Experience with structural fabrication and inspection of welded parts is preferred

Skills

MIG welding and fabrication skills
Blueprint reading and technical interpretation
Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance
Material handling and warehouse organization
Attention to quality and safety standards
