Quality SpecialistWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.SummaryThe Quality Specialist serves as a key contributor to the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring timely execution of required actions, maintaining rigorous documentation standards, facilitating effective training programs to promote quality awareness, and supporting the smooth implementation of audit processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination and maintenance of document control and training systems.Manage the internal audit calendar and ensure thorough documentation of audit findings and follow-up actionsSupport the timely execution of both internal and external corrective action plans.Collaborate with Quality Engineers by assisting with tasks such as data gathering, root cause analysis, documentation, and other quality-related functions.Contribute to additional assignments and special projects as neededCritical CompetenciesExtensive knowledge of ISO 9001 requirementsDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools to support documentation, data analysis, and quality system management.Highly adaptable and efficient, able to shift between diverse tasks while maintaining focus and composure under pressure.Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with QMS standards and audit requirements.Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, supporting timely execution of audits, corrective actions, and training initiatives.Required Skills and QualificationsHigh School DiplomaMinimum 5 years of experience working in complianceQuality Management System (QMS) ExperiencePreferred Skills and QualificationsASQ Quality management system trainingCandidate must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
