Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements 2-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred Experience in product fulfillment, order picking, and packing Familiarity with handheld scanners and inventory tracking systems Experience operating pallet jacks, stacker lifts, forklifts, or similar material handling equipment preferred Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately for on-time shipment Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Receive, track, and process incoming goods Scan and monitor serial numbers using computerized inventory systems Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and unpacking activities Respond to customer inquiries related to orders and shipments Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Support inventory accuracy and material flow processes Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Materials Handler.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
