FREIGHT ARCHITECTURE & LANE DESIGN
• Regional grid patterns leveraging the I-25 corridor, US-287, and CO-14, with extended runs into the High Plains and Mountain states.
• No forced dispatch into congested urban pockets; routes prioritize steady, predictable mileage through the Front Range and adjacent territories.
• Cargo mix includes dry van and temperature-controlled shipments, averaging 2,300 to 2,800 miles per cycle.

YOUR ROAD ASSETS & HARDWARE
• Fleet power units rotate under 18 months from manufacture; spec’d with automatic transmissions and high-roof sleepers for crew comfort.
• Complimentary personal conveyance allowance for repositioning during reset periods.
• Pre-pass cleared and electronic logging pre-installed; no additional hardware fees to you.

COMPENSATION & SUPPORT STRUCTURE
• Base rate scales with tenure and lane performance, plus quarterly productivity bonuses that average $1,200 to $2,000 extra.
