Provide comprehensive general dentistry services within the dentist's education, training, licensure, and clinical scope.

Evaluate patients' oral health and identify appropriate treatment needs.

Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on clinical findings and patient needs.

Educate patients regarding their oral health, diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.

Help patients make informed decisions regarding recommended dental treatment.

Consistently recommend care that is in the patient's best interest.

Communicate confidently, clearly, and compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Build patient trust through honesty, empathy, professionalism, and dependable follow-through.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, administrative staff, and other members of the practice team.

Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented office culture.

Take ownership of clinical responsibilities and the overall patient experience.

Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable dental regulations and practice policies.

Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development.
