We're looking for an experienced Acquisitions Manager to help drive our growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing off-market investment properties. If you're a results-driven sales professional with a proven ability to build rapport with motivated sellers and consistently close profitable deals, we'd love to hear from you.

As a locally owned real estate investment company, we're currently closing 3–5 off-market wholesale deals each month and are focused on scaling our acquisitions. This is an opportunity to join a growing team where your performance has a direct impact on the company's success—and your earning potential.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with upside earning potential, designed for high performers who are motivated by results and want to maximize their income.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate off-market real estate opportunities.

• Respond promptly to inbound seller inquiries and consistently follow up with prospects.

• Build strong relationships with homeowners and identify their needs and motivations.

• Evaluate properties, estimate repair costs, and determine competitive purchase offers.

• Negotiate purchase agreements that create win-win outcomes while meeting investment goals.

• Manage acquisitions from initial contact through closing.

• Partner with the Dispositions team to acquire properties that align with investor demand.

• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, seller communications, and performance metrics in the CRM.

Take ownership of your acquisitions pipeline, close high-quality deals, and play a key role in driving the company's growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in wholesale real estate acquisitions, investment property acquisitions, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work directly with homeowners and motivated sellers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to uncover seller needs and build trust.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
