Job Description Job Description Join a thriving boutique tax and accounting firm serving high-profile and entrepreneurial clients for over 20 years. As a Tax Preparer, you’ll support a mixed portfolio of individual taxpayers, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients while collaborating with Senior Tax Accountants and Firm Partners in a supportive, family-style work culture. Responsibilities Prepare individual and business tax returns for a diverse client portfolio. Conduct tax research and support tax compliance activities. Manage deadlines and maintain accurate, timely work throughout the tax cycle. Communicate with clients through routine follow-up, client interviews, and advisory discussions. Perform quality assurance reviews to help ensure accurate tax filings. Use ProSeries and Microsoft Excel to prepare, analyze, and organize tax information. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in tax preparation. Knowledge of individual and business taxation. Proficiency with tax software, including ProSeries. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail. Effective client communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr Andonian and Ghazarian
