Compensation: $60,000 Annual Base Salary + Commission

Fikes is growing, and we're looking for someone ready to grow with us!
We're expanding our presence in Denver, Colorado, and looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to introduce Fikes to new businesses, develop lasting customer relationships, and help establish our name throughout the Denver metro area.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to help build a territory, develop new business, and directly contribute to our company's growth.
You'll have independence to develop your market, backed by the training, resources, and support of an established company.

What You'll Do

• Introduce Fikes products and services to businesses throughout the Denver metro area.
• Identify & pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, & in-person visits.
• Build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, & other decision makers.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions that deliver long-term value.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline while working toward established sales goals.
• Represent Fikes professionally while helping expand brand awareness in Colorado.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, territory development, or business-to-business sales preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who enjoys developing new business.
• Confidence approaching prospective customers and establishing new relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage an independent schedule.
• Comfortable using technology and sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Familiarity with the Denver business community is a plus.
