Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our full-time team at Coastal Manor in Yarmouth, Maine. As an LPN at our facility, you will collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents, evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition. You will also administer medications as prescribed, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents

• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition

• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols

• Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care

• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families

• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care

• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• Current Maine LPN license

• Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)

Work Schedule:
Full-time and part-time schedules available, including overnight shifts.

Compensation:
$39 - $43 HOURLY
