What You’ll Do Maintain and repair the building and grounds Supervise and support a maintenance assistant Respond to resident and staff maintenance requests Perform light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring work Oversee preventive maintenance and fire safety records Order supplies and track basic maintenance logs You’ll work independently—but never alone. You’re part of a team that supports you. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Maintenance or management experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail Self‑motivated and organized Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to lift and move furniture Proud of your work and dependable If you enjoy fixing things, leading others, and making a difference—this role is for you.
