Work Model: On-Site What You'll Do: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, promoting a positive workplace environment Manage employee documentation and record-keeping accurately Support organizational growth and development initiatives Assist in resolving employee conflicts and addressing performance issues appropriately Foster effective communication across bilingual teams to enhance collaboration What You Will Need to Be Successful: Fluency in English and Spanish Proven experience in HR management or a similar role Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills Openness to consulting or contract arrangements as needed Ability to work some flexible hours if necessary Experience working in a small or mid-sized company (preferred) HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) (preferred) Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes (preferred) Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations (preferred) Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (preferred) 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a small business setting (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Palmer Group
