This role assists with training, product quality control, workflow coordination, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.**What You’ll Bring:*** Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.* Answer questions about the menu, coffee origins, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.* Resolve minor guest concerns and communicate larger issues to management.* Prepare beverages consistently and to recipe standards.* Maintain a high level of coffee knowledge, including grind settings, extraction, milk texturing, and seasonal offerings.* Ensure drinks meet presentation and quality standards before serving.* Maintain inventory levels for coffee, syrups, milk, and bar supplies.* Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.* Clean espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment daily.**Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related café and customer experience required.**Physical Demands and Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. In addition, employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects, reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear.
