What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll help residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence by:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, toileting, and mobility
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and resident observations
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Working closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
