Quality Associate

Position Quality Associate Compensation $25 - $30 per hour Responsibilities Perform quality testing on production batches and incoming raw materials to verify compliance with product specifications. Conduct visual inspections, color matching, and laboratory testing using established procedures. Identify out of specification material and communicate quality concerns to production. Recommend process adjustments to help maintain product quality and consistency. Record test results and maintain quality documentation within SAP. Collect, label, and store product samples and retained materials. Complete Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other customer quality documentation. Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory testing equipment and records. Audit manufacturing processes to ensure documentation is complete and production remains within established process limits. Participate in investigations involving customer complaints, nonconforming material, and corrective actions. Maintain organized laboratory records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
