Job Title: Assembler - Second Shift

Location: Wharton, NJ

Type: Contract

Compensation: $15.92 - $16.49 per hour

Work Model: Onsite - onsite

Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assembler Responsibilities

• Assembling components used in the packaging of cosmetic products

• Follow established assembly procedures and production instructions

• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Meet established production and quality standards

• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies

• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Assembler Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
