About the Role:
Steve Hay Sole Prop is looking for a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings and facilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts
• Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Install and service commercial-grade pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades on job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber or journeyman plumber
• Valid California Plumbing License or Journeyman certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
