Description Dietitian at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8‑hour, Day shifts. The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the nutrition care management of inpatients: nutrition risk screening, assessment, nutrition support, care plan implementation, monitoring. Other duties may include inpatient and outpatient education, multi‑disciplinary committee/team participation, quality improvement activities, collaboration with medical staff, mentoring of dietetic interns, and community education.
