Super Cuts/Cost Cutters Family Salons in the Omaha Area is looking for an energetic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our talented team of hair professionals! Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and staff
• Recruit, train, and mentor hair stylists and salon associates to deliver consistent, high-quality services
• Monitor and drive salon performance metrics including sales goals, client retention, and productivity
• Manage scheduling, training, and inventory to maintain optimal staffing and supply levels.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution to maintain outstanding client satisfaction
• Implement promotional strategies and upsell retail hair care products to boost revenue

Requirements:

• Active Nebraska Cosmetology License required
• 2+ years of experience in a salon management or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with salon scheduling software and point-of-sale systems a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
