As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our team, managing office tasks and projects, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet clients and visitors and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience - Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition - Assist with the preparation and distribution of company documents, reports, and presentations - Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members - Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner - Maintain and update company databases and records - Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Professional and friendly demeanor - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
