Quality Technician Opportunity in Clinton, NC Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working and reliable assembler with Quality Control experience (or QA Tech), who ensure products meet safety, compliance, and company standards by inspecting materials, conducting test, and documentation of results. Under the supervision of department manager. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or 4:30pm + Saturday Overtime & Sunday Double Time as needed Duties and Responsibilities Fixture and tooling calibration. Receiving Inspection Drawing Rack Audits Quality audits of departmental manufacturing processes. Training Check Sheets Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) Database Gatekeeper & data entry function: DA’s, 500 order, CQR’s, MRN Process material rejection Functional knowledge and use of inventory management system. Facilitate quality feedback to affected departments. Perform all tasks as necessary, assist in other areas as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Properly using measuring tools (tape measurers, calipers, etc.) Blueprint reading and interpretation. Proficient math skills Logistics & reasoning ability Ability to read and understand required documents Proficient personal computer skills & Auto CAD High school diploma or GED is required Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
